01Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit one of our contact or enquiry forms, we collect the details you choose to give us — such as your name, email address, phone number, company, the services you’re interested in, and any message you send. We use this solely to respond to you and to provide the services you request.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records limited technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. This helps us keep the Site secure and running properly.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, time on site, and general location. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you. You can opt out by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

02How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and communicate with you;
• Provide, operate, and improve our services and the Site;

Information you provide is used solely to deliver the services outlined in your agreement with us. We never sell your data, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.

03How we share information

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver our services, and only to the extent needed to perform those functions. These include:

• Netlify — website hosting and form processing;
• Resend — delivery of the email notifications generated by our forms;
• Google Analytics — Site usage measurement; and
• Stripe— secure payment processing for clients. Pivt Media does not store your full card details; card data is handled directly by Stripe’s PCI-compliant infrastructure.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pivt Media, our clients, or others.

04Data retention

We retain project and contact data for the duration of our engagement and for 12 months thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer period is required by law. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email contact@pivtmedia.com.

05Your rights & choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also opt out of analytics cookies as described above, and unsubscribe from any non-essential emails. 06Data security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information. Where we store account credentials on a client’s behalf, they are encrypted with AES-256 and are never displayed in plain text. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

08Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and social platforms, such as Instagram. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; we encourage you to review their policies.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
